Le Bihan Participates in the 8th TOP 100 Think-Tank in Switzerland

At the beginning of the year, Thomas Brunschede and Jan Erik Brunschede took part in the 8th TOP 100 Thinkers’ Roundtable in Tschiertschen, Switzerland. For three days, representatives of innovative companies gathered at The Alpina Mountain Resort to exchange views on key future topics.

Through presentations, workshops, and perspective-shifting exercises, the event focused on topics such as:

• Generational Conflict in Transition: The often-described contrast between young and old is increasingly shaped by innovations and changing conditions.

• Lecture by Dr. Erny Gillen: A keynote on bipolarity and dealing with conflicts – with a focus on distinguishing between intentions and actions as a foundation for new solutions.

• Letting Go of the Familiar: Transformation is most successful when old patterns are questioned and overcome.

• Role Plays & Changing Perspectives: Practical exercises highlighted the importance of viewing complex situations from different angles.
