From April 14 to 16, 2026, PM Welt took place at the smartvillage Bogenhausen in Munich. Europe’s largest independent project management conference celebrated its tenth anniversary this year and presented its program under the theme “WHAT’S NEXT? Shaping the future together.” Le Bihan was on-site with its own booth.
The program focused primarily on the question of how AI and digitalization are shaping the project work of tomorrow. At our booth, we asked a different question that often gets lost in this atmosphere of change: Is your own project organization fit enough to support this transformation?
With the PM Health Check, we invited visitors to take an honest look at their project organization. Our team of experts quickly derived concrete recommendations for action, and many a quick check turned into a longer conversation about the initial situation within their own companies.
Our wheel of fortune provided a bit of excitement. Prizes included free PM workshops and Amazon gift cards. Congratulations to everyone who turned the wheel in their favor.
