The focus was on how pharmaceutical companies strategically evolve their project and portfolio management, from planning to operational implementation. Clear governance, digitalization, and the use of AI were the recurring keywords. Le Bihan was on-site together with its partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cplace-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cplace<\/a>.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A highlight was the joint presentation by Simon Klaedtke, Senior Business Development Manager at Le Bihan Consulting, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/julia-hillenk%C3%B6tter-53bb89169\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Julia Hillenk\u00f6tter<\/a>, Product Owner Citizen AI at cplace, titled &#8220;From AI Hype to Daily Reality &#8211; How AI Actually Makes Your PPM Team&#8217;s Life Easier.&#8221; Using real-world use cases, the two demonstrated what AI already achieves for PPM teams today when it is embedded into daily work instead of building another layer of complexity. The key is connecting the technology with use cases that teams can adopt without significant effort.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The audience response was accordingly positive. Many participants appreciated seeing what is possible today instead of discussing scenarios of tomorrow. Even off-stage, these questions dominated the conversations, especially regarding the integration of AI and the optimization of workflows in the pharmaceutical environment.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A big thank you to the Marcus Evans Group for the organization, as well as to all speakers and participants for the open exchange.
