With over 800 participants, this year\u2019s cplace Day at Motorworld Munich was one of the largest PPM conferences in Europe. As a long-standing Platinum Partner of collaboration Factory, Le Bihan was present at the event, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A particular highlight was the presentation by Alexander Zorn, COO at Le Bihan, titled \u201cHow to Destroy Your Company by Implementing Resource Management.\u201d In his practical talk, he highlighted common pitfalls when introducing resource management and demonstrated how these can be avoided through targeted measures. The presentation attracted great interest and sparked further discussions at the Le Bihan booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to professional exchange, the Le Bihan booth offered creative impulses with an interactive quiz and a humorous \u201cMeme Booklet\u201d on PPM implementation. Many visitors took the opportunity for conversations and networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event also provided an excellent opportunity to engage with companies such as Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, Bayer AG, MAN Truck & Bus SE, EY, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
